Design Philosophy
This shredder is an industrial crushing equipment specially designed for disposing of electronic waste such as discarded mobile phones and computers, and is suitable for the crushing requirements of mixed materials in electronic waste including metals, plastics and circuit boards.
Drive System: Equipped with a motor and a reducer unit, it delivers low-speed and high-torque power. This design can avoid excessive blade wear caused by high-speed operation, and at the same time, it can handle electronic materials with metal components to prevent equipment jamming. The drive system is fitted with an overload protection device, which automatically shuts down when the load exceeds the threshold to protect the core components.
Tool Design: The blades are made of high-hardness and wear-resistant alloy steel and undergo quenching treatment, enabling them to withstand the impact and friction of metal parts in electronic waste. The tool layout adopts a staggered shearing structure, where the movable blades and fixed blades work together to shear materials.
Conveying Stage
Discarded electronic products are fed into the feed inlet via a conveyor belt, and then pushed into the shredder's feed inlet by the baffle plates of the conveyor belt, preventing the shredder from jamming due to excessive feeding.
Shredding Stage
The twin-shaft cutter rollers rotate synchronously to shear materials such as circuit boards and plastic components, and finally crush the mixed materials into uniform small particles to meet the requirements of subsequent sorting or recycling.
If the materials contain hard metal parts, the high-torque drive of the equipment can directly complete the crushing process without additional disassembly.
