Working Principle of the Shredder The wooden pallet shredder is a special crushing equipment designed for (plastic) wooden pallets. Its core working principle is that two rotating main shafts drive the blades to shear and extrude the materials, breaking the large-volume wooden pallets into uniformly small pieces.
Feeding Process
The feed inlet of the equipment can forcefully push the entire or stacked wooden pallets into the crushing shaft to ensure continuous and stable feeding and prevent equipment shutdown caused by material jamming.
Material Shredding
The two main shafts are driven by high-power motors, and power is output through a reducer to rotate in a low-speed and high-torque mode. The movable blades and fixed blades installed on the main shafts and the cutter box form a shearing effect.First, it shears the wooden pallets, then uses the squeezing force generated by the rotation of the main shafts to crush the internal structure of the wood and completely break down the overall structure.
Core Design and Features
Dual-shaft Drive + High-torque Configuration: With a low-speed and high-torque operation mode realized via a reducer, it can easily meet the high-intensity shredding requirements of wooden pallets with nails, preventing the main shaft from jamming
Alloy Blades: The blades are made of high-hardness and wear-resistant steel, which can withstand the impact and friction of metal nails and extend the service life.
Safety Protection Mechanism: Equipped with an independent electronic control system, the equipment will automatically shut down when material jamming or excessive material load occurs, so as to protect the motor and reducer from damage.
