Waste textile materials are fed into the hopper of the shredder via a conveyor belt.
Shredding by Single-shaft Shredder
The main shaft is driven by a high-torque motor. The movable blades on the main shaft cooperate with the fixed blades on the chamber wall to form a scissor-like shearing structure. After repeated shearing, shredding and extrusion, the flexible textile fibers are stretched and cut by the blades. The size of the discharged material can be customized by adjusting the number, shape and spacing of the blades to ensure that the discharged material size meets the processing requirements
