Automatic twin hook debeader
The steel wire ends are clamped by the fixtures, and the steel wires are pulled out stably with mechanical traction force
Coarse Crushing
Waste tires are fed into a dual-shaft shredder, where they are sheared and shredded into 5–10 cm rubber blocks. This stage destroys the integral structure of the tires, facilitating subsequent secondary crushing
Fine grinding
The coarsely crushed rubber granules from the shredder are fed into the grinder via a conveyor belt, where they are further ground into smaller particles of 1-10 mm. The grinder is equipped with an adjustable screen for secondary processing of larger particles that do not meet the required standards.
Separation
The mixed rubber granules are separated by a high-strength magnetic separator to remove residual steel wire fragments, preventing these fragments from affecting the quality of the finished rubber granules.
The materials, after magnetic separation, enter the air separation system, where lightweight fiber impurities are separated from rubber particles based on their density differences.
Finished product grading
The screened rubber granules are fed into a vibrating screen, which separates the granules into different sizes. Unqualified granules are then returned to the crusher for further processing.
Core Advantages
This production line achieves high-value recycling of waste tires, transforming this difficult-to-decompose "black pollution" into high-quality rubber granules. The finished granules can be directly used as raw materials for rubber products, flooring, road paving materials, and other fields. This not only solves the waste tire disposal problem but also brings significant economic benefits.
Highly automated and with low labor costs, the entire production line utilizes a PLC automatic control system, achieving integrated operation from feeding, crushing, separation to screening. Only 2 to 3 operators are needed for supervision and operation, significantly reducing labor intensity and costs. Hourly output can reach 5 tons.
This versatile and highly adaptable production line is suitable for various types of waste tires, including car tires, truck tires, and construction vehicle tires. By adjusting the crusher parameters and screen, it can produce rubber granules of different sizes to meet the application needs of various downstream industries. Furthermore, the equipment is constructed with high-strength, wear-resistant materials, ensuring a long service life and low maintenance costs.
