The Model 300 shredder features a compact modular design, with a small and lightweight body. The bottom is equipped with universal wheels and braking devices, enabling a single operator to easily move and position it over short distances. Its core blade assembly is forged from high-hardness alloy steel, treated with a special quenching process to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 58-62, capable of withstanding high-intensity impact and wear. The blade thickness can be customized from 10mm to 30mm. By adjusting the tooth profile and spacing, it precisely controls the final size of crushed materials, meeting diverse needs from coarse to fine shredding.
The 300 shredder is equipped with an adaptive intelligent drive system with integrated torque sensors and overload protection. When processing materials of different hardness and toughness, such as plastic bottles, fabrics, wires, and rubber, the machine automatically adjusts the speed and torque to ensure shredding efficiency while preventing jamming or motor overload. For example, when dealing with highly tangled wires, the system reduces speed, increases torque, and works with a staggered blade structure for quick cutting and chipping.
