Motor
This shredder is equipped with a high-quality oxygen-free copper motor. With a precisely balanced rotor assembly, it achieves stable high-speed operation at 300 RPM, ensuring no abnormal speed fluctuations during operation. The heat dissipation design with dual cooling fans and airflow channels, combined with a thermal overload protection system, ensures that the motor can operate continuously for long periods without overheating or shutdown. The motor is connected to the shredding device through a V-belt transmission system, and the tension adjustment device ensures efficient power transmission, allowing it to easily crush thick plastic products and meet the requirements of high-intensity operations.
Filter screen
The customizable sieve mesh supports flexible adjustment of mesh size, material, and structure according to material characteristics (such as particle size, shape, hardness, etc.), achieving precise screening to meet diversified production needs. This avoids material blockages or incomplete screening caused by fixed sieves, enhancing screening efficiency and flexibility.
Hopper
